The Supermoto Catch Can is designed to mount easily to the bottom of the frame without special tools or machining. Carb drain/venting hoses drain directly into the catch can and it can be easily removed for service.
Please take caution when installing the Supermoto Catch Can on any SMR model as it is only used for carburetor vent and drain hoses. DO NOT install the crankcase breather line into this can as it will create running/starting and leakage problems with the motorcycle. Crankcase breather should vent to atmosphere as delivered by KTM. Check clearance of carburetor vent lines with chain and engine casing.
